Refund policy
Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which applies in Victoria and across Australia. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure or does not match its description. Outside of these rights, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or defective products
If your PC arrives with a fault or defect, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Depending on the nature of the fault, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund. All of our builds come with a 12-month warranty which covers hardware faults and defects.
To make a claim, contact us within the warranty period with a description of the issue and your proof of purchase. We will assess the fault and work with you on the appropriate remedy. Physical damage caused after delivery, or faults resulting from misuse or unauthorised modifications, are not covered.
Item not received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost in transit, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a build before buying, we encourage you to reach out to us first.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
